Over the past few weeks, reports of mass killings and persecution of civilians in Ukraine have dramatically increased. The Spanish Ambassador Anna Azumendi tells SVT News that a clear trend towards the rights of civil populations being affected by the war can be seen. Ukrainian refugees on their way to Europe report encountering discoveries of mass graves and shot-down people. One of them, a 40-year-old man from Donbass with two children, claims he was in the midst of the fighting. He tells of finding a body on the street after an attack.
