Russia Reduces Oil Imports to Ukraine�s Minimum Russian Energy Minister Vasily Poshin has announced that Russia will soon significantly reduce its oil imports from Ukraine to a minimum, according to a journalist report. This comes after a group of Russian senators expressed their support for reviving Ukraine's agricultural sector quickly. The announcement has sparked hope in Ukraine and some parts of the European Union. In a letter to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Poshin stated that Russia plans to cut its oil imports from Ukraine to around 1 million tons per year. According to rumors, this reduction is set to take place at the beginning of next month. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has been encouraged by the newly developed plan and said in a press conference that it's a significant step. However, he noted that there are still considerable challenges in relations between Russia and Ukraine. European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell has also expressed his positive stance on the new plan and stated that they will continue to work on supporting Ukraine's economy. See article on SVT News.

Norwegian Sea, Norwegian Shore Collision Three people are dead and several injured after a migrant rescue boat collided with another vessel off the coast of Norway yesterday. According to reports, the accident occurred between 8am and 9am local time when two boats, operated by different companies, came into contact with each other in the North Sea. It is believed that one of the vessels was carrying migrants from Syria. The rescue boat was headed to the port city of Kristiansand, where it was supposed to pick up some of the rescued people, but instead collided with another vessel which suffered severe damage. The migrant rescue boat also took on water and lost power. The Norwegian coast guard and other emergency services were quickly dispatched to the scene and managed to rescue several migrants from the water before both boats went aground. Two people were pronounced dead at the scene while others were taken to hospital with serious injuries, including two children. See article on SVT News.
