Nearly 1,700 high-rise buildings without power in Kyiv. Nearly 1,700 large high-rise buildings in Kyiv are now without power, according to the city's mayor, Vitali Klitschko.
According to the country's president, Zelensky, Russia has sent around 70 missiles, 1,700 attack drones, and about 1,400 guided bombs against various parts of Ukraine in one week.
This has in turn forced about half a million residents to evacuate from Kyiv – and the president therefore again emphasizes the need for reinforcements regarding the country's air defense. Zelensky calls the widespread power outages "devastating." See the article on SVT Nyheter.
Free-climbed up a skyscraper in Taiwan. Free climber Alex Honnold has climbed Taiwan's tallest building, Taipei 101, without safety equipment. This is the first time a free climber has scaled the building.
The building has 101 floors and was the tallest in the world when it was completed in 2004. Watch the segment on SVT News.
