Looks like the Kremlin has figured out that US foreign policy changes at regular intervals and right now they want to negotiate on the basis of the status quo until the day US foreign policy changes again so that they can resume their incorporation of Ukraine.
Zelenskyj: Plans a new peace meeting in November. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy aims to arrange a second peace meeting, similar to the one in Switzerland, in November, he says himself at a press conference, according to Reuters.
Already on Wednesday, Bloomberg wrote that planning for a new meeting had begun.
