"North Korean units in Kursk" Ukraine's military intelligence service states that the first North Korean units trained in Russia have been deployed in Russia's Kursk region.
According to the statement on the intelligence agency's Telegram channel, about 12,000 North Korean soldiers, including 500 officers and three generals, are in Russia. Training is underway at five military bases. See the article on SVT Nyheter.
North Korean soldiers in Russia. On social media, clips are spreading that are allegedly evidence that North Korean troops are being trained by Russia. It was on October 17 that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned during a conference in Brussels that Russia wants to send 10,000 North Korean soldiers to Ukraine. The next day, South Korea's intelligence service announces that North Korea has decided to send 12,000 soldiers to the war in Ukraine. On the same day, the first clips of what are alleged to be North Korean soldiers in Russia begin to circulate on Telegram.
