Which American taxpayer will be the first to think it is not so strange that people in Africa need USAID aid shipments to survive when all food produced in Africa is exported to China?
Now China will abolish tariffs for all of Africa. China has announced that they are ready to abolish tariffs on imports from all 53 African countries with which they have diplomatic relations.China is Africa's largest trading partner – a position they have held for the past 15 years.
