A Mexican sailing ship has crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge in New York and its masts have partially collapsed. In a video filmed by eyewitnesses, three of the ship's masts can be seen breaking as they crash into the bridge.The ship in question, named Cuauhtemoc, belongs to the Mexican navy, which is used every year in a sailing event that concludes the cadet training.This year's voyage departed from Acapulco, Mexico on April 6th and had 277 people on board, according to the navy. The plan was for the journey to last 254 days, 170 of which were to be spent at sea, and for the ship to visit 22 ports in 15 different countries. See the report on SVT Nyheter.
