U.S. President Donald Trump is basically reversing all presidential orders signed with the “autopen” by former President Joe Biden, he writes on Truth Social. “Joe Biden was not involved in the autopen process, and if he claims he was, he will be prosecuted,” Trump writes on the social media platform. Rodrigo Duterte has been in ICC custody in The Hague since March this year. He was arrested at the airport in the capital, Manila, on March 11 when he returned to the Philippines from Hong Kong.
