At least 52 dead after Hurricane Helene's rampage. At least 52 people have died after Hurricane Helene's rampage in the United States. Two firefighters are among the victims. When Helene hit Florida, it was assessed as "extremely dangerous" and was categorized as a four on the five-degree hurricane scale.
"This is an extremely dangerous and life-threatening situation," the National Hurricane Center wrote. The hurricane slowed in strength, but at least 52 people in four states have died as a result of it. Watch the feature on SVT News.
