Sources: Russia to blame for the plane crash. A Russian anti-aircraft missile was behind the plane crash in Kazakhstan on Christmas Day, according to sources within the Azerbaijani government. Russian FSB: Ukrainian assassination plot stopped. "Four Russian citizens have been arrested on suspicion of preparation for the attacks," the FSB said in a statement.
According to the FSB, the Russian citizens have been recruited by Ukrainian security services. It is further stated that one of the arrested men had a bomb that was masquerading as a power bank. It would then be attached with a magnet to a car belonging to a high-ranking official at the Ministry of Defense. In another case, a bomb would be masquerading as a document folder.
