Zelenskyy: Recaptured 590 square kilometers this year. Ukraine: The number of dead Russian soldiers exceeds the wounded. More Russian soldiers are dying than getting injured in Ukraine these days, according to the Ukrainian military. Oleksandr Syrskyi, Ukraine's defense chief, stated on Wednesday an exact figure for Russian military losses this year – 141,500 dead and injured. According to him, the dead account for 59 percent, a total of 83,000 soldiers.
