The USA has fired on a cargo ship in the Gulf of Oman. A cargo ship sailing under the Gambian flag has been fired upon by American fighter jets. It was on Friday that forces from the USA observed the ship, which they claimed was sailing towards an Iranian port and violating the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports.
Fighter jets fired a missile into the engine room of the cargo ship after issuing warnings more than 20 times, according to the U.S. Central Command, Centcom.
