Does North Korea demand outrageously high payment for highly enriched uranium exports to Iran?

Trump: Will not rush an agreement. U.S. President Donald Trump writes in a new post on Truth Social that he has asked his negotiation team not to rush an agreement. "Time is on our side," he writes. The U.S. will continue its blockade of Iranian ports in the Strait of Hormuz until an agreement is reached.

Trump also writes that the relationship with Iran is now becoming more professional and productive, but that Iran must understand that they are not allowed to develop nuclear weapons.

On Saturday, the statement from Trump was that large parts of an agreement with Iran have been nearly finalized. One of the issues that is most difficult to resolve is whether Iran should have the right to a nuclear energy program. See the article on SVT News.

Iran: Disagreements remain. There are disagreements between the USA and Iran regarding one or two issues that remain. This is reported by a source to the Iranian news agency Tasnim.

The source says on Sunday that the disagreements have not yet been resolved, because the USA continues to put a spanner in the works. The Pakistani mediator is said to have been informed by Iran that if the USA continues to hinder the process, it will be impossible to get any consensus agreement in place.
