Could it be that the Kremlin is stalling, or do they have trouble finding reasons why the latest peace proposal wouldn't work, or do they simply not have time to formulate a response because they're busy selecting Ukrainian bombing targets?
Kremlin: Analyzing the peace proposal. On Thursday, the Kremlin announced that it is now "analyzing the documents" brought by Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev from meetings in Miami, USA, held over the weekend, Reuters reports. The documents in question are the new draft of a 20-point peace agreement negotiated by the US and Ukraine.
According to information received by Bloomberg, however, Russia is expected to demand significant changes to the peace proposal. See the article on SVT Nyheter.
Ukraine: New Russian attacks. In Ukraine, at least 4 people have been killed and 35 injured in Russian attacks over the past day, according to local authorities. During the same period, Russia has sent over 130 drones against the country. Damage to buildings and infrastructure has been reported from several locations in the country, and the Russian attacks have led to power outages in several regions of the country.
