Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Serhij Kyslytsya says that a new 19-point plan is now ready. The agreement is a counteroffer to the US's original 28-point plan. Issues including Ukraine's territory and concessions remain for discussions between Trump and Zelensky, according to Kyslytsya.
