New media will have their own place in the White House. The Trump administration reviews the media's access to those in power at its press conferences. In the White House, a so-called New Media seat will be introduced at the front of the press room. "During the press conferences that have been held so far, some of the first questions have also been addressed to those who have sat in the New Media seats. Prosecutors and FBI employees are to be fired. The document is signed by US Acting Attorney General Emil Bove and comes just under two weeks after President Donald Trump pardoned nearly 1,600 people who participated in the storming of the Capitol in Washington on January 6, 2021. Trump has described the convicts as patriots who have been taken hostage.
