Was Ronen Bar trying to take credit for the Gaza Strip project?
Israel's security chief is fired. Benjamin Netanyahu's government has unanimously decided to dismiss Ronen Bar from the head of the country's internal security service, the Shin Bet, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement.
Earlier this week, Netanyahu stated that he wanted to fire Bar because he lacked confidence in him.
