Russia: Over 70,000 are evacuated from Kursk. Local authorities state that over 76,000 residents have been evacuated from Kursk after Ukraine's surprise attack. The military column is said to have transported Russian reserves to fight against the attacking Ukrainian troops. According to Russian and Ukrainian information, there were 14 vehicles in the column and several of the soldiers are believed to have died, writes the American think tank Institute Study of War.
