Videos circulating on social media show Israeli football fans shouting hateful slogans against Arabs and Palestinians before the match and tearing down Palestinian flags that have been hung, The Times of Israel reports. According to Amsterdam Police Chief Peter Holla, supporters attacked a taxi and set fire to a Palestinian flag, among other things. Messages sent to Americans across the country. In recent days, several Americans across the United States have received text messages, CNN reports.
The messages are sent from an unknown sender and allude to slavery. Among other things, they contain information that the recipient has been selected to pick cotton on a plantation.
