For the eighth year in a row, Finland is the happiest country in the world. According to the World Happiness Report released today. The report is a collaboration between Gallup, the Oxford Wellbeing Research Centre, the UN's "Sustainable Development Solutions Network" – and it is compiled by an editorial group. The United States wants to introduce buffer zones at the border with Mexico. There, the U.S. military is supposed to be able to take into custody migrants who enter the U.S. illegally.
