Putin visits China. Just days after U.S. President Donald Trump visited China, Russia is now doing the same. Vladimir Putin will spend 48 hours in Beijing to meet Xi Jinping.
From both sides, the relationship is described as stronger than ever. And Russia is highly dependent on China, says SVT's Russia correspondent Rebecca Haimi. This is evident from the size of the delegation sent to Beijing. – The number sent can almost be seen as a way to try to pinch the Americans a bit, says Rebecca Haimi.
