Trump on Canada: We agree. U.S. President Donald Trump says on Wednesday that he has reached a 'very fair' trade deal with Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney. This comes after he threatened to impose 50 percent import tariffs on the country. – I had a good talk with Carney last night. Our farmers will not pay any tariffs on exports to Canada, Trump tells reporters.
