The Secret Service personnel fired shots at the person holding the weapon, but he managed to flee the scene in a car. A witness saw the sequence of events and took the registration number of the vehicle.
The police were soon able to stop a car with a suspect. The man was identified by the witness as the same person who was at the golf club and was arrested by police.
