The US Department of Defense, Pentagon, has quietly prevented Ukraine from attacking Russia with American long-range missiles, reports the Wall Street Journal, citing two American officials. This includes the missile system Atacms, which has played a significant role in Ukraine's ability to strike targets deep inside Russia.The decision was made by the Pentagon last spring and, according to sources, is an attempt to entice Moscow to initiate peace talks.
