Looks like the EU will have to find an emergency solution for Ukraine until the Hungarian election is over.

 

 

EU summit – no solution on Ukrainian loans. The EU leaders do not seem to have succeeded in convincing Viktor Orbán to lift his veto regarding the Ukrainian emergency loans.
That Viktor Orbán chooses to backtrack on an agreement from a previous summit is seen as extremely serious. One thing is to oppose a decision beforehand, another is to obstruct something the 27 countries have agreed on. See the article on SVT News.
